LEARNING DIRECTIONS

Five skills. Real estate tasks.

The outline below is a discussion guide. Your final training plan is agreed before booking.

01

AI basics for real estate work

Learn to brief AI using a property, audience and task. Draft a showing checklist, organize notes and compare outputs against your source information.

Practice: a real estate prompt kit and showing checklist

02

Listing & social-media copy

Turn approved property facts into Chinese/English listing drafts, open-house invitations, social posts and follow-up message drafts. Verify every fact before use.

Practice: one property, several copy formats

03

Edit property walkthrough videos

Practice selecting footage, pacing a walkthrough, removing pauses, adding captions, creating a cover and adapting vertical exports for your channels.

Practice: a short walkthrough edit or talking-head clip

04

Agents for repeatable follow-up tasks

Map a workflow from an inquiry form to a lead sheet, task reminders and follow-up drafts. Keep human approval before sending messages or changing business records.

Practice: an agent workflow using synthetic leads

05

Build your real estate website

Plan and prototype a bilingual agent or team site with a biography, authorized property content, a showing-inquiry form and clear contact links. Learn the review and publishing steps.

Practice: a personal-site prototype and launch checklist

HOW IT WORKS

One property. A practical project.

1 / Choose your practice material

Bring authorized photos, footage and verified property facts, or use synthetic examples. Identify your current skill level and the task you want to complete.

2 / Build the content and workflow

Choose modules to practice: turn property facts into copy, edit a clip, prototype a site or organize inquiry follow-up with an agent.

3 / Review and reuse

Review property facts, captions, forms and automation permissions. Save templates and checklists for your next task. Final scope is agreed before training.

Before you get started

Do I need a technical background?

Start with AI basics, copy and editing. Website and agent modules are scoped to your current experience; technical setup is discussed in advance.

Are software subscriptions included?

Software subscriptions, domains, hosting and paid integrations are not included by default. MLS/IDX access and live publishing require separate scope and permissions.

What can training promise?

No income, follower, view, client-growth or job outcome is promised. AI output needs human review. Do not use confidential client information in practice without authorization.
